The Dearie Law Firm, P.C. was founded over 30 years ago by John C. Dearie. In 2011, his son, John P. Dearie, joined the firm and is now the managing attorney. The firm continues to grow by following its mission statement that their clients have always been, are now, and will always be, the most important part of the firm.

The Dearie Law Firm has represented thousands of first responders, volunteers, office workers, and residents of Lower Manhattan in
claims to the September 11
th Victim Compensation Fund, recovering for them over $500 million thus far. The firm also has a thriving personal injury practice which has grown to represent clients in all types of construction site, motor vehicle, and premises liability cases.

Following the core principles of John C. Dearie and John P. Dearie, the attorneys and staff at The Dearie Law Firm understand that an injury or illness is scary, confusing, and overwhelming. The firm continues to succeed and grow by treating clients like family during difficult times, and by fiercely advocating on their behalf in 9/11 claims and against insurance companies.
